Aims & Scope

Reconstructive Horizons: Journal of Plastic Surgery Science aims to:

  • Promote high-impact research in reconstructive, aesthetic, and regenerative surgery.
  • Foster technological innovation in surgical imaging, robotics, 3D modelling, simulation, and AI-driven decision-support.
  • Bridge the gap between clinical practice and translational research, highlighting reproducible surgical techniques and biomaterial advances.
  • Advance global collaboration by connecting reconstructive surgeons, biomedical engineers, data scientists, and regenerative medicine specialists.
  • Encourage studies addressing equitable access, global plastic surgery systems, and patient-reported outcomes.
  • RH-JPSS welcomes submissions from academic and clinical researchers working in all surgical disciplines where reconstruction and aesthetics intersect with technology, innovation, and patient-centred outcomes.
